Brian's 2011 MLB Predictions

I wanted to start this blog off by sharing my projections for this upcoming MLB season.

Division Winners.

NL
East. - Phillies
Cent. - Brewers
West. - Giants
Wild. - Braves

AL
East. - Red Sox
Cent. - Twins
West. - A's
Wild. - Yankees

World Series.
NL - Phillies
AL - Twins

Nothing really shocking here. I think the NL Central will be a dogfight, but I think the Brewers pitching will give them the edge. I know seeing the Red Sox not in the World Series seems unheard of, but I think the Twins have a good enough team to upset them, assuming Mauer and Morneau stay healthy.

They do play 162 games for a reason though, so lets see how this plays out...
